This webpage shows 4 videos entitled CIA Secrets Parts 1 to 4, and was screened on the Russia Today TV channel some years ago. The videos show how Americans, without their knowledge, or consent, were used as guinea pigs to test USA drugs, vaccines and bioweapons from the end of WW2 up until the late 1960s, before transferring their drug/bioweapon testing to central Africa. This was done because they were concerned that any bioweapon testing in the USA may get out of control and cause a pandemic killing millions of Americans. By moving their testing grounds to central Africa it enabled the USA to be well in the clear, and take immediate steps before any manmade virus, (aka bioweapon), reached US shores.

This would explain why scores of new, never before seen viruses, suddenly began emerging from central Africa. A whole host of new viruses suddenly began appearing, in the late 60s and early 70s, and the US always said the same thing, ie, it emerged fom chimps, apes, and monkeys in Africa, which is of course BS. If that's the case then how come these so called new viruses never appeared before in the thousands of years these animals inhabited central Africa? Natually occuring viruses like Smallpox and Rabies have been around for 3,000 to 4,000 years, so WHY the sudden onset of new viruses from the late 1960s onwards?

Here are the facts:- Marburg virus 1967, Lassa Fever 1969, Monkeypox 1970, Ebola virus 1976, Rift Valley fever 1977, HIV 1981. Further proof that these new found viruses are manmade lies in their virility rate. A natural occuring virus like Smallpox hasn't changed it's virility state, (potency), over the 4,000 years it's been around.

However it's a known fact that manmade viruses like Marburg, Ebola and HIV are quite potent at the onset of first discovery, but that potency begins to fall after a few thousand infections over the years. When Marburg and Ebola were first discovered they had a CFR, (Case Facility Ratio) of 95%, now they average somewhere around 20% to 25%. That decrease in potency has NEVER happened with natural occuring viruses like Smallpox and Rabies over thousands of years. In the early 1980s look at how many were dying of HIV within a few days of becoming infected, but you hardly hear of anyone dying of it today. Many people today are infected with HIV and don't even know they have it.
